There are two types of VIP decks: the regular VIP deck and the Excellent VIP deck. Both offer a unique view of the mainstage and come with their own bar and dedicated restroom facilities. Coming with a group of five? You can also book your own standing table on the VIP deck. Upon arrival, you’ll enter the festival through the special VIP entrance. There you’ll receive a wristband that gives you direct access to the festival grounds.

Visitors can submit a refund request up to 21 days before the event. These requests can be sent via email to info@yourticketprovider.nl.

Please follow the instructions below:

– Email subject: Refund Request Dance Valley 2026
– Include the Order Reference Number
– Clearly state which tickets should be refunded

Once a refund request has been processed, the money will be returned to the visitor’s account within 10 business days. An administrative fee of €5 per ticket applies. The service fees incurred during the original purchase will not be refunded to the visitor.
